YAMABUKI - WORLD CLASS FOOD

We make noodle and broth carefully selected ingredients with special recipe

Noodle is made from 100% Japanese wheat-flour with two stage-aging method, which enable to enjoy the natural flavor of wheat flour, smooth sensation when swallowing, and chewy texture.

 

Broth is made from selected Kelp, Iriko and four kinds of bonito flakes with well-balanced blend and special recipe with no chemical seasonings. Broth has distinctive flavor and is lucid without cloudiness.

 

We have more distinctive dishes, drinks and homemade sweets as well as noodle. We look forward to you visit our restaurant anytime of the day with your family, friends or alone.
